Base price covers the normal administrative work and overhead of any report, as well as up to
1 1/2 hours of actual programming time.
The great majority of the reports we do are for the base price as they'll characteristically involve the addition and/or removal of specific data from a pre-existing EZClaim report with no major modifications.
For requests that are more involved, such as having to add additional data tables, the additional hourly rate applies in quarter hour increments. We will provide a written estimate (or formal quote if desired) to be mutually agreed upon before any billable work begins.
Ongoing customer support is, of course, free.
